Discharging units

Our discharging units stand for a high safety standard as well as for reliable technique. In addition to our discharging units for IBCs or for drums and to our master/slave IBC units we also manufacture special discharging units for various applications in chemical industry.

The growing need of multi-use containers for the supply of polyurethane raw materials has made us develop a special discharging system combining almost all benefits of a modern storage tank farm. Our system suits all standard chemical applications, polyols, and isocyanates.

Connected to circular pipelines or supply pipelines, foaming machines can be automatically supplied with raw materials. Of course, all functions like transfer, stirring, level monitoring and pressurizing with dry air are guaranteed.

The unit is made up on a steel collecting basin with container mountings and a galvanised press-welded grid cover – designed to meet the regulations of the German Water Resources Law. The product is perfectly transferred using an integrated high-power feed pump. The equipment of the unit comprises all required components such as accoutrements and internal piping as well as process measuring and control technology. Our service comprises the delivery of a fully assembled and tested unit, including a name plate and the CE conformity marking.
