Planning and Engineering
At the beginning of each project, careful planning and expert project development are the very first steps. In agreement with our customer, we prepare informative quotations on the basis of detailed calculation.
Our engineers work out a clear, transparent concept that we are prepared to gladly present in person.
The choice of the appropriate material and the selection of the suitable technology in consideration of the physical and chemical product properties as well as the individual requirements of the production process are of decisive importance during this stage. Needless to say, we adhere to the statutory regulations such as EC Machinery Directive and Occupational Safety Regulation.
In order to illustrate the process flow, we draw process diagrams and prepare basic calculations serving to perfectly design the component modules and elements.
In addition, our analyses of the present project status frequently initiate an improvement of the process flow. Our construction department prepares all necessary technical drawings such as the P+I diagrams, layout plans, piece lists, measurement and control lists, equipment descriptions, operating manuals and detailed documentation records.
We also support our customers with official approval processes concerning the issues of immission control (BImSchG), water pollution control (WHG) and/or explosion control (ATEX Directive 94/9/EC).
On the planning and engineering level, we provide you with a substantial solution package. Our highly skilled and experienced engineers grant you expert advice not only concerning process, construction and production related issues, but also in regard to electrotechnical and automation-related matters.
Our offer also comprises the compilation of tender documents and performance specifications. With great attention to every special feature we compile material and pipe class specifications, position plans in 2D and 3D, develop wiring diagrams and electrical construction plans as well as cable lists. The design of safety and protective facilities such as low and high pressure accoutrements and flame arresters is also a part of our performance.
