Safety and efficiency are the most important factors for the handling of sensitive and hazardous substances. We, at Keil Anlagenbau GmbH & Co. KG, highly value accuracy and take pride in being precise about the details when designing our equipment.
For the purpose of providing perfect equipment, we use a wide choice of different form parts, valves and accoutrements, including screw pumps with magnetic coupling, gear pumps or double diaphragm pumps.
The choice of pipeline materials such as steel, stainless steel or plastics, as well as the decision on form parts, valves and accoutrements depend on the process and on the product. Also, the design of the aggregates to be used, e.g. pumps and agitators, depends on the properties of the media.
A precise design of your production equipment as well as optimum process conditions determine the quality of your products. This is why we provide you with a broad range of services for the process part as well. In addition to calibratable drum and container discharging units we also provide fully automatic mixing stations for the weighing and mixing of the different components.
Pneumatic conveying equipment and feed screws go along with pipeline systems made of steel, stainless steel and synthetic material. Exhaust and dedusting devices are standard components of the equipment we manufacture, as well as the laying of double shell pipes or double-walled safety pipes. Planning and assembly of our installations is done in precise accordance to the AD 2000 Codes of Practice on Pressure Vessels (AD 2000 HP 100 R).
In order to have a perfect operation schedule and a reliable monitoring of the equipment, we establish control and visualization systems, which can be provided both as an independent unit or ready for being integrated to your existing data processing system. These include fully automatic process controls, data recording systems concerning pressure, temperature and quantity or even a precise monitoring program for the gravimetric or volumetric batch control.
