Storage tank farms

We construct storage tank farms for all kinds of solid, liquid and gaseous substances of industrial purpose. Especially, we focus on assembling storage tank farms for all kinds of polyurethane systems.

As a specialist, our manufacturing facilities are subject to the corresponding monitoring contracts by the German TUEV, and thus under a constant and independent control by its authorized experts. The range of our supply covers the entire range from the standard equipment to individually designed facilities. Not only do we supply an optimally designed equipment such as mixing, pumping and circulating facilities, tempering devices as well as a professional collection of instrumentation and control systems, but we also check all the components of an installation for occupational safety, lifetime as well as energy consumption. We also guarantee a high quality standard having our view on the economic aspect of the operating costs of an equipment.

We plan and manufacture our storage tank farms according to the German Water Resources Law (WHG), the Ordinance on Installations for Handling of Water-Polluting Substances and on Specialist Companies in Germany (VAwS), and the Technical Directives on Combustible Liquids & Pressure Equipment Directive in Germany (TRbF).

We construct above-ground and underground storage tank farms for all kinds of hazardous substances. In addition to the general system components of polyurethane production such as the Polyols, Isocyanates, and Pentane, we also operate on other parts of chemical industry, including dissolvents, adhesives, resins, acids, and bases.

Storage and supply of solids are also included in our scope of installations. Depending on the particular product requirements, our storage tank farms are made of different top-quality materials. Steel and stainless steel are used along with synthetic material. Also glass fiber reinforced plastics (GFK) with or without interior lining is a proven material for the construction of storage tank farms.
