Keil Anlagenbau is supplying a double mother-daughter-station for the removal of IBC containers. The polyol and isocyanate components are used to produce the coating for loudspeaker enclosures.
The proven technology of the double mother-daughter station ensures a continuous supply of the production even when the IBC container is changed. A special feature of the plant is the extension of the removal system to supply both automatic and manual production.
The PU coating ensures a resistant and high-quality surface. Loudspeakers from d&b audiotechnik can be found in St. Mary's Church in London and in the Veltins Arena in Gelsenkirchen as well as in the Opera House in Sydney.
The system is to be delivered at the end of 2022 as a mechanical and electrical completely pre-assembled unit.
