Together for refugee aid

After the outbreak of war in Ukraine and the great need for housing for Ukrainian refugees, especially for families with children, the management and shareholders of Keil Anlagenbau wanted to help.

A previously unused building next to the Keil Anlagenbau premises was renovated within a few weeks so that a large family was able to find a new home there in mid-July.

The furnishing and equipment for the house were provided almost exclusively from donations from employees, business partners and local companies.

One of the largest donations came from Megaflex, a German mattress manufacturer and business partner of Keil Anlagenbau, who agreed to donate all mattresses for the house and deliver them free of charge.

In addition to the material donations, Keil employees have been energetically working after hours to repair the property free of charge and to make the guest house a home for the refugee family.

"We not only offer solutions, but also implement them." - This applies not only to our work as a plant construction company but also to our commitment to refugee aid, emphasises shareholder Hans Jürgen Keil.

Keil Anlagenbau would like to thank Megaflex for the generous donation and the entire Keil team for their ongoing, tireless commitment to the refugee aid project in Hunteburg.
