K 2022 - Trade fair meets highest expectations

K, the world's leading trade fair for the plastics and rubber industry, came to an end after eight days on Wednesday (26 October 2022) in Düsseldorf.

The approximately 3,000 exhibitors from 61 nations impressively demonstrated that plastics continue to be an innovative, indispensable and future-oriented material.

However, they also unanimously underlined the necessity of functioning circular economies along the entire materials chain and already presented concrete solutions for this. It became apparent that the topic is cutting-edge, as the 176,000 visitors from 157 countries showed great interest particularly in recycling systems, sustainable raw materials and resource-saving processes.

Keil Anlagenbau's innovative recycling concept also attracted great interest from the international visitors to K Trade Fair 2022, and many productive and informative discussions were held on the subject of recycling. In addition, networks were expanded and lively discussions were held with suppliers and customers about current and future projects.

Patrick Götte, Sales and Strategic Manager for the topic of recycling at Keil Anlagenbau, sums it up appropriately: "We have seen that our recycling system hits the heart of the time. Many companies want to make their production more sustainable and are looking for a way to recycle their products and then reintegrate them into the production cycle in the sense of a sustainable circular economy."
