The scope of the order includes a 9 m³ impregnation autoclave, a feed system for tar, the necessary thermal oil heating system, a vacuum system as well as the entire piping and plant control.
The tar used for the impregnation process poses a special challenge in this context, as high process temperatures and pressures as well as the toxicity of the medium place the highest demands on occupational safety and thus also on the plant technology. For this reason, precise planning is a top priority for the experienced team from Keil Anlagenbau for this order.
