Together with the vocational schools and local companies, a diverse and practice-oriented program was created for the students.
At our stand, the students built a Newton’s cradle – a hands-on activity that not only strengthened their practical skills but also gave us the opportunity to introduce our apprenticeship professions.
Events like this are an important way to connect with young talent early on, present our company, and inspire potential apprentices to pursue a career in the trades.
