With the start of the new apprenticeship year, we are delighted to welcome three new apprentices to our team. Tim has started his apprenticeship in Plant Engineering, Sofia has joined our Electrical Engineering department, and Wiktor is beginning his career in our IT department.
Before the day-to-day work began, the focus was on getting to know each other. After a shared breakfast, the group headed to the Doosepark in Porta Westfalica for a game of paintball, before rounding off the day with a pizza together.
It is important to us that our apprentices feel like part of the team from day one. Alongside professional training, getting to know one another and building a strong team spirit are an integral part of starting a career at Keil Anlagenbau.
We wish Tim, Sofia and Wiktor every success as they begin their apprenticeships and look forward to supporting them throughout their journey with Keil Anlagenbau.
