This year, we were once again pleased to welcome several students to Future Day at Keil Anlagenbau.

The day started in a relaxed atmosphere with a joint breakfast, giving everyone the opportunity to get to know each other, ask questions, and gain a first impression – an easy and informal start to a varied day.

Afterwards, the focus shifted to practical insights: the participants got to know different areas of our company and gained an understanding of how diverse plant engineering can be. From technical processes and planning to commercial activities, we demonstrated how the individual departments interact and collaborate on projects.

Our aim is to provide young people with early guidance and to introduce them to potential career paths – especially in the technical field, which offers many exciting opportunities. The direct exchange and the strong interest shown by the students once again highlighted how valuable these kinds of experiences are.

We would like to thank everyone for their visit and their interest and look forward to welcoming young talents again in the future.
