An award that we are particularly proud of: Keil Anlagenbau has been named one of the “Best Apprenticeship Employers 2026”. As part of a study conducted by the SWI research institute, a total of 1,572 companies were assessed, with 165 receiving the award. With a score of 82.2 points, Keil Anlagenbau is among the companies recognised for the quality of their apprenticeship programmes.
Training and supporting young people is a high priority for us. Our aim is not only to provide our apprentices with the technical knowledge they need, but also to involve them in day-to-day operations from the very beginning, give them valuable hands-on experience and support them as they take their first steps into professional life.
For us, this award is therefore much more than just a seal of approval. It is recognition of the commitment shown every day by our trainers, our colleagues and, of course, our apprentices themselves.
We are proud of this achievement – and at the same time, it motivates us to continue on this path and to provide young people with high-quality apprenticeships at Keil Anlagenbau in the future.
