We would like to warmly congratulate Fabian on his 15-year anniversary at Keil Anlagenbau.

Fabian has been part of our company for 15 years. During this time, he has worked in several departments, including planning, sales, engineering, and service. Over the years, he has developed a deep understanding of our company and has become a reliable point of contact for many colleagues in their daily work. Today, as a Controlling Expert, he is responsible for the Finance team and plays an important role in the continued development of the company.

What particularly distinguishes Fabian is his calm, thoughtful, and highly precise way of working. He always has an open ear for his colleagues and is highly appreciated for his honest and straightforward manner. Even in challenging situations, he contributes ideas, thinks in a solution-oriented way, and supports others with advice and practical help.

He never puts himself in the spotlight, but is always there when needed – reliable, supportive, and present at the right moment. These qualities make him a valued colleague and trusted contact within the company.
