This year, we once again took part in the “Zukunft | Ausbildung | Karriere” (ZAK) career fair in the Wittlager Land region. Organised by the municipalities of Bad Essen, Bohmte and Ostercappeln together with MaßArbeit kAöR, the event brings together companies, students, families and job seekers from across the region.
One aspect we particularly appreciate is the two-day format. While the open evening event focused on personal discussions, career advice and networking with families, job seekers and other interested visitors, the following day was dedicated to career orientation for students.
For us, ZAK once again provided an excellent opportunity to present our training and career opportunities, answer questions and engage in many valuable conversations. Direct interaction is often the best way to make career paths tangible and establish initial connections.
