After many years at Fischer Profil, Mr Jürgen Stötzel is now embarking on a new chapter in his life: his well-deserved retirement.

Over the past few weeks, colleagues from our HR department, various training departments, and several of our current apprentices took part in multiple career fairs to connect with young people interested in starting an apprenticeship at Keil.

Our trainee Muhamad Al Nawara has successfully completed his apprenticeship as a Management Assistant for Office Communication – and he did so after following a path that was anything but ordinary.

From June 11 to 13, 2025, the adhesive industry gathered in Dresden for the annual conference of the German Adhesives Association (IVK). Around 200 professionals from industry, research, and associations came together to discuss current developments, trends, and innovations in the field.
