Withdrawal stations for IBC

Wherever the storage capacity of a tank system would be oversized, our extraction stations are used. Whether as a simple extraction station or as a mother-daughter station, self-sufficient units offer individual application options in your production operation.
In addition to PUR systems, the sampling stations are suitable for all substances that are delivered in transport containers. As a stand-alone solution with a variety of options, it can be connected to a larger system, but it is not required.

Our solutions – Your advantages:

  • Self-sufficient unit
  • Individually modifiable with options
  • Ready-to-use delivery
  • Long runtimes with high serviceability

Equipment and control

From double diaphragm pumps to screw pumps and metering pumps, the stations can be equipped with the right type of pump depending on the application and medium.

At both CES and MTS, all electrical control equipment is installed in an associated switchgear. Whether with conventional switching technology or the use of a PLC control, the stations are self-sufficient in their function. In addition, contact and interfaces are used for communication with connected systems.

The stations are based on an approved drip tray and offer the highest level of operating safety and comfort with the guided receptacle of the IBC and access for the operator.

More options
