Together at the Grill

When teamwork is part of everyday life

Every Thursday, our apprentices take care of organising the company barbecue during the lunch break. This week, however, staffing was a little thinner than usual: illness, vocational school and trade fair visits meant that only one apprentice was on site.

The solution was quickly found. Our Managing Director stepped behind the grill and helped prepare lunch for the team.

Nothing extraordinary, but a nice example of how teamwork is lived at Keil Anlagenbau. When support is needed, people step in and help – regardless of position or role.

This straightforward and supportive way of working together is an important part of our company culture.
