The European Coatings Show, the world's leading trade fair for the coatings industry, will take place from 28-30 March 2023.

International experts and key players from the coatings world will network at the Nuremberg Exhibition Centre. Every two years, they exchange information on the latest developments in paints, coatings and sealants over three days and benefit from information and knowledge as well as genuine encounters and networking.

In recent years, the demand for heat pumps as an alternative form of heating has been increasing strongly in Europe, especially in private households. It is expected that up to 5 million heat pumps will be installed annually in private households in the 2030s.

With the increase in demand for heat pumps, not only in private households but also in industry and the public sector, production capacity is also increasing to meet demand in Europe and worldwide. While only 3.7 million heat pumps were produced in Europe in 2009, 11.6 million units could be produced in 2019. This is an increase of 68 %, which is predicted to accelerate even further in the years to come.

This year Keil Anlagenbau celebrates its 50th anniversary. In the course of time, the company has developed from a one-man central heating and ventilation master craftsman's business to a specialised process engineering company that operates internationally.

Together with its founder Hans-Jürgen Keil, we want to look back into the company's past and review the most important milestones.

At the beginning of July, the order for the construction of a mixing room was completed by Keil's "wet run".

A global manufacturer in the thin-film coating sector had commissioned Keil Anlagenbau 2021 to build a new mixing room to expand production.

RAMPF Polymer Solutions, based in Grafenberg, Germany, develops and produces pioneering casting resins based on polyurethane, epoxy and silicone.

The product portfolio includes liquid and thixotropic sealing systems, electrical and construction casting resins, edge and filter casting systems as well as adhesive systems and hot melt adhesives.

To expand the existing production, Keil Anlagenbau supplied a polyol tank farm and provided support in the planning of the entire plant and in the coordination of the trades during the assembly of further plant elements provided by the customer.
