During commissioning, we train you and your staff in the operation and handling of the system. The mechanical and electrotechnical maintenance personnel are trained on the following topics:
- Plant layout based on the P&I flow diagram
- Explanation of the process engineering functions
- Information on technical components
- Information on the electrotechnical structure
- Troubleshooting
- Information on regular maintenance and inspections
In addition, operating and maintenance personnel are trained directly on the system:
- Structure of the system
- Handling the system
- Functions of operating elements and visualisation
- Notes on safe operation of the system
If you want to train your operating and maintenance personnel even better for working with the new system, we offer an optional extended training programme.
The extended training programme includes preparatory training, production support directly after commissioning, as well as refresher training after approx. 6 weeks, in which open questions are clarified and content can be repeated as required.
Preparatory training
During a training session, we introduce the future system to you and your maintenance and operating personnel. The length of the training is agreed individually, depending on the scope and requirements.
Production support
Once commissioning has been completed, our technical department will accompany your maintenance and operating personnel in the daily use of the system, if required. Our team will be available to answer your questions and provide assistance with familiarisation.
Refresher training
Six weeks after completion of commissioning, our technician repeats the training of your maintenance and operating personnel for half a day. The training content can be individually designed and is based on your individual requirements and wishes.
