As part of this project, the existing valve islands, which are old and prone to malfunctions, will be replaced in the production facility with solenoid valves and position sensors. These new components will be integrated into the control system via the ASi-Bus.
Due to the necessity of a production shutdown for the replacement, we are tackling the challenge of carrying out the conversion over an extended weekend to minimize downtime.
