Keil Anlagenbau supplies three mother-daughter-stations for highly viscous raw materials for the production of sealing compound, some of which are heated. Here, the stations not only take care of removal from IBCs and safe storage, but also supply mixing containers and dissolvers in the production with their dosing system. All work steps are completely controlled by automation technology from Keil Anlagenbau.
The new plant makes the production flow more efficient due to the automated processes and thus covers the increased demand of raw materials in production.
The plant will go into operation at the beginning of next year.
